THE 1 OLD FASHIONED
Texas 1
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- 1/2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple Flavored Whisky
- Bar Spoon of Caramel Syrup (or Demerara Syrup)
- Bar Spoon of Allspice Dram
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Lemon Twist
METHOD
Add all ingredients to an old fashioned glass. Add ice and stir 10-15 times. Garnish with a lemon twist.

TEXAS TI PUNCH
Lineage
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Pecan Orgeat
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- Mint Bouquet
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass and top with pebble ice. Add straw and garnish with mint bouquet.

TEXAS RYE MANHATTAN
Texas Rye
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Orange Twist
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a chilled mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an expressed orange twist.


TEXAS RYE MANHATTANwithTexas Rye
TEXAS MULE
Baby Blue
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- Barspoon of Liqueur (or ¼ oz Nonalcoholic Shrub)
- Ginger Beer
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a highball glass, gently stir to combine, top with ginger beer. Garnish with ginger candy, citrus slice or star anise.


TEXAS MULEwithBaby Blue
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Brimstone
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Balcones Brimstone Smoked Whisky
- ½ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- ½ oz Vanilla Syrup
- ¾ oz Cold Brew
- Chocolate-covered Espresso Beans
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe. Let settle for a moment, then garnish with 3 chocolate-covered espresso beans in a small triangular formation.


ESPRESSO MARTINIwithBrimstone
BALCOLA
Lineage
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Kola Syrup
- Soda Water
METHOD
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail tin and shake briefly with ice. Strain into a pitcher, then add approximately 3 ounces of soda water per cocktail to the pitcher. Gently funnel into empty soda bottles and top with remaining seltzer. Garnish with a bendable straw. Serve the bottles as a group in an ice-filled bucket.
