TEXAS 1 OLD FASHIONED
Texas 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- ¼ oz Spanish Vanilla Liqueur
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, gently stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with single cube.

TEXAS TI PUNCH
Lineage
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Pecan Orgeat
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- Mint Bouquet
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass and top with pebble ice. Add straw and garnish with mint bouquet.

TEXAS CHILLIN'
Brimstone
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Brimstone Smoked Whisky
- ½ oz Ginger Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Honey
- Candied Ginger
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger.

WACO SOUR
Lineage
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Pinot Noir
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- Cherry
METHOD
Add ingredients into a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh cherry.

Baby Blue
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- 1 oz Orange Vanilla Syrup
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Heavy Cream
- 5 dashes Orange Bitters
- Dried Orange Wheel
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over 2” king cube. Garnish with dried orange wheel.

METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

TEXAS RYE MANHATTAN
Texas Rye
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Orange Twist
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a chilled mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an expressed orange twist.

TEXAS MULE
Baby Blue
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- Barspoon of Liqueur (or ¼ oz Nonalcoholic Shrub)
- Ginger Beer
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a highball glass, gently stir to combine, top with ginger beer. Garnish with ginger candy, citrus slice or star anise.
TEXAS MULEwithBaby Blue
UNDER THE ELDER TREE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Elderflower Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 bar spoon Blackberry Jam
- Orange Zest
- Soda Water
- 2 Blackberries Wrapped with Lemon Twist on Skewer
METHOD
Add all ingredients into shaker with a king cube to shake 10 seconds. Double strain over ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with 2 blackberries wrapped with a lemon twist on a skewer.

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Balcones Brimstone Smoked Whisky
- ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Espresso
- ¼ oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- Espresso Beans
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with espresso beans.

WHITE NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Dry White Wine Aperitif
- ½ oz Bitter French Gentian Liqueur
- Lemon Twist
METHOD
Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, gently stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with single cube. Garnish with lemon twist.
WHITE NEGRONIwithLineage
BALCOLA
Lineage
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Kola Syrup
- Soda Water
METHOD
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail tin and shake briefly with ice. Strain into a pitcher, then add approximately 3 ounces of soda water per cocktail to the pitcher. Gently funnel into empty soda bottles and top with remaining seltzer. Garnish with a bendable straw. Serve the bottles as a group in an ice-filled bucket.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ½ oz Sweet Amaro
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Cherry
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
BLACK MANHATTANwithTexas Rye
SWEET RATIFICATION
Texas 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Pecan Syrup
- 1-2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Dehydrated Orange Wheel
- Cinnamon Stick
- Pecan
METHOD
Add ice into rocks glass. Add Texas 1, pecan syrup and bitters. Stir until glass is chilled. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel, cinnamon stick and pecan.
SWEET RATIFICATIONwithTexas 1

- 1 ½ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- 4 oz Sparkling Water
- Lemon or Orange Peel
METHOD
Add Lineage and ice into highball glass. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon or orange peel.

METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

TEXAS TONIC

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Brimstone Smoked Whisky
- Tonic Water
- Salt or Chili Pepper Lime Seasoning
- Lemon Wedge
METHOD
Rim highball glass with salt or chili pepper lime seasoning. Add Balcones Brimstone with ice. Gently stir to cool. Top with tonic soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.

- 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 bar spoon Grenadine
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Pineapple Slice or Lemon Slice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple or lemon slice.

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice, gently stir to combine. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon peel.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Red Bitter Liqueur
- Orange Peel
METHOD
In a mixing glass add all ingredients. Add ice and stir for 30 rotations. Add new ice into glassware and strain cocktail into glass. Express orange peel into glass and around rim.

- Graham Cracker Half Rim
- Lime Wheel
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over new ice. Garnish with a graham cracker half rim and lime wheel.

- ¾ oz Lemon Juice

- ¼ Banana Liquor

GRAPEFRUIT HIGHBALL

- 4 oz Grapefruit Soda
- Grapefruit Wheel
METHOD
Add Lineage into highball glass. Add ice into glassware. Top off with grapefruit soda and garnish of your choice.

- 1/8 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Rich Simple
- 1 dash Green Chili Bitters
- 1/2 dash Worcestershire Sauce

- Cherry Tomato
- Skewer
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over new ice and garnish with a cucumber and cherry tomato skewer.
GARDEN VARIETYwithBrimstone
TEXAS PALOMA
Baby Blue
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- 4 oz Grapefruit Soda
- Grapefruit Peel
- 1 pinch Salt
METHOD
Add Balcones Baby Blue with ice to a highball glass. Gently stir to cool. Top with Grapefruit soda and pinch of salt. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
TEXAS PALOMAwithBaby Blue
RASPBERRY FIX

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ¾ oz Raspberry
- ¾ oz Lemon
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 Chocolate Raspberry
- Dried Lemon Wheel
- Skewer
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over new ice. Garnish with a chocolate raspberry on top of a dried lemon wheel on a skewer.
RASPBERRY FIXwithLineage

- 1 ½ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- 1 oz Mango Syrup
- 1 oz Coconut Water
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- Coconut Flakes
METHOD
Garnish 14 oz wine glass with coconut flakes. Add all ingredients into shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain over new ice in garnished glass.
