The Halekulani is a tiki-inspired cocktail that serves as the perfect introduction into Texas whisky. Made with Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky, pineapple, lemon and orange juice, this drink feels like a tropical escape.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 bar spoon Grenadine
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Pineapple Slice or Lemon Slice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple or lemon slice.
