UNDER THE ELDER TREE

This cocktail pairs the unmistakable notes of Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky with elderflower syrup and blackberry jam for a sweet drink that pairs perfectly with every gathering.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
  • ½ oz Elderflower Syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 bar spoon Blackberry Jam
  • Orange Zest
  • Soda Water
  • 2 Blackberries Wrapped with Lemon Twist on Skewer

METHOD

Add all ingredients into shaker with a king cube to shake 10 seconds. Double strain over ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with 2 blackberries wrapped with a lemon twist on a skewer.
