INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe

METHOD

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
