The Texas Rye Tai allows the bold flavors of Texas Rye Bottled in Bond to shine alongside lemon juice and orgeat, creating a bouquet of fruity flavors that make for a complex but approachable cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ½ oz Orgeat
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Curaçao
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with pebble ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
