Key Lime Rye
The Key Lime Rye is easy as pie. Simply stir up Texas Rye Bottled in Bond with lime juice, simple syrup and heavy cream. Then finish it off with a graham cracker rim and lime wheel for a sweet surprise to serve guests.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- 1 oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Heavy Cream
- 6-7 Small Mint Leaves
- Graham Cracker Half Rim
- Lime Wheel
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over new ice. Garnish with a graham cracker half rim and lime wheel.
