BABY BLUE
It's Orange Dream, Pops
Inspired by one of our favorite sweet treats, It’s Orange Dream, Pops is the perfect mix of Baby Blue Corn Whisky, orange vanilla syrup and orange bitters. Topped off with heavy cream, this drink is what dreams are made of.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- 1 oz Orange Vanilla Syrup
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Heavy Cream
- 5 dashes Orange Bitters
- Dried Orange Wheel
METHOD
Shake ingredients with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain over 2” king cube. Garnish with dried orange wheel.
