INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Texas 1
- ½ oz Lime
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- Jalapenos
METHOD
Muddle jalapeno in shaker. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and regal shake (add citrus to the shake). Double strain into margarita glass and garnish with candied pineapple and jalapeno slice on a skewer.
