BABY BLUE
TEXAS PALOMA
The Baby Blue Paloma is our ideal Texas-inspired cocktail. We gave this classic highball a twist by replacing the tequila base with Baby Blue Corn Whisky, which flavor holds similar notes to agave, pairing it with fresh lime juice and Texas grapefruit for a hint of citrus.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- 4 oz Grapefruit Soda
- Grapefruit Peel
- 1 pinch Salt
METHOD
Add Balcones Baby Blue with ice to a highball glass. Gently stir to cool. Top with Grapefruit soda and pinch of salt. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
