WACO SOUR
A nod to our Texan hometown, the Waco Sour breathes new life into a New York sour with Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky. Balancing sweet, tart and fruitiness, this drink serves a spirit all its own.
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
- ½ oz Pinot Noir
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- Cherry
METHOD
Add ingredients into a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
