Banana Sour
The Banana Sour pairs the dark chocolate notes of our Texas Rye Bottled in Bond with the tropical notes of banana liquor, lemon juice and aromatic bitters, for an unexpected cocktail that never fails to wow a crowd.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas Rye Bottled in Bond
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ¼ Banana Liquor
- 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
METHOD
Add ingredients into a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
