The Texas Collins is our take on a classic highball that pays homage to its roots with citrusy notes that complement the flavors of Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water
  • Lemon Peel

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice, gently stir to combine. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon peel.
