Our foray into Rye whisky lead us into traditional multi-grain mashbill Bourbons, including our Texas Wheated Bourbon. Made from a mash of our Blue Corn, Texas red winter wheat, and Golden Promise barley, it is a big, rich bourbon with the softness of wheat supported by oak and spice. Water reveals a subtlety of grain notes and stretches out the cinnamon and wood notes.
