Waco, TX – Balcones Distilling is excited to invite Waco residents, the community and fans of Balcones to the distillery to celebrate the best of what spring has to offer – sunshine, crawfish, whisky, live music by Smooth Hound Smith and good company.
This event will take place on Saturday, April 29th from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm CT at the distillery located at 225 S. 11th Street, Waco, Texas 76701. Tickets are $37 per person and include access to the event, a self-guided tour of the distillery, non-alcoholic beverages, crawfish boil and live music.
Based in East Nashville, TN, Smooth Hound Smith is a foot stompin' American roots duo comprised of “one-man-band” Zack Smith (guitars/vocals/foot drums/ harmonicas/banjo) and Caitlin Doyle (vocals/percussion). Established in 2012, they record and perform a varied and unique style of folky, garage-infused rhythm & blues.
Throughout the event, guests are welcome to purchase select bottles of Balcones whiskies and merchandise in the Gift Shop. Also, back by popular demand, cigars will be available from Don's Humidor. (Please note: there is no special release bottle for this event).
Pours of our core products will be available for purchase at $10 each along with Balcones cocktails for $12 each. All non-alcoholic drinks will be complimentary.
Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Monday, April 3rd at 10:00 am by visiting https://craftwhiskyandcrawfish.eventbrite.com. Tickets available to those over 21 only. No one under legal drinking age will be admitted to the event.
